Space Shuttle Endeavour (Orbiter Vehicle Naming: OV-105) has become the retired orbiters of the Space Shuttle program of NASA, the space agency of the United states of America.

Endeavour was the 5th and last spaceworthy NASA space shuttle to be created, constructed instead for Challenger, which was damaged 73 secs following it’s launch on Jan 28, 1986. Endeavour first flew in May 1992 on task STS-49 and its final mission STS-134 was in May 2011. The STS-134 mission was originally planned as the last mission of the Space Shuttle program, but with agreement of the STS-135 mission, Atlantis have become the last Space Shuttle to travel.
